ID’ers make the best presentations

A high-value task of mine at EASA was in creating and improving on presentation materials, for presentations given by people in the top management levels. My skills, both as a designer with a graphic focus, and my knowledge of teaching, what makes a good presentation and how we retain knowledge means that I gained the trust of senior managers in working on their presentations.

The quality of presentation materials is fundamental to the quality of taught classes especially when those materials are to be given for reference, or if students cannot attend the classes. Well designed materials present the subjects in a logical and progressive way. A class that is easy to follow is more interesting, and the students retain more of what we want to tell them.

Knowing best design practice as I do, you can expect the quality of any teaching or training I do to reflect the quality of the learning materials.
